Creating a new Grounding Clip and Grounding Jumper, Tough
Trac has teamed up with International MAJR, a leading Grounding and
EMI/RFI products company to offer the best grounding solution for our
rails and panels install. Proven and designed for military class
applications, MAJR with over 30 years of experience is as TOUGH as it
gets.

The
Tough Trac solution to mount all different size panels, we have
designed a new Universal End & Mid Clamps to mount panels from 34mm
to 50mm in thickness. Our new end clamp is fully adjustable and will
accommodate all popular panel sizes. Thus, no
more needing to carry 4 to5 different size end clamps for your install.
We also will offer T Bolts to quicken the install times.
Result Tests by Accredited NADCAP, LI Testing Labs.
Tensile Testing for 35mm over 400 lbs per clamp.
Tensile Testing for 40mm over 450 lbs per clamp.
Tensile Testing for 45mm over 650lbs per clamp.
Tensile Testing for 50mm over 550lbs per clamp.
Results are 4x stronger than the standard required uplift needed to hold down a regular size panel (65" X 40") per clamp at 120 mph wind loads.

Our
new Click Mount will give an alternate solution for our rail installs.
Rails will be placed on the top of the Click Mounts instead of sliding
them through the traditional way with our standard Slide Mounts. To
secure rails, simply snap rails in place.
